Terms and Conditions: As a valued customer, your membership includes a one-year subscription to Field & Stream, valued at $10.00. There are no hidden obligations and you will not receive any bills. Your name, mailing address and email address will be forwarded to the publisher for the purpose of fulfilling your magazine subscription. Please allow 4 – 6 weeks for your first issue to arrive. If you do not wish to receive a one-year subscription to Field & Stream included in your membership, please print and complete this form, attach a copy of your order confirmation page and mail to Customer Service at Field & Stream, PO Box 420235, Palm Coast, FL 32142-0235 to cancel and you will receive a prompt refund. One refund per person. Refund request must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
